- joint effusion
- anterior labroligamentous periosteal sleeve avulsion (ALPSA) lesion
- Hill Sach's defect as bony impression along with posterolateral humeral head with subjacent bone marrow edema/bruise
- abnormal intrasubstance increased fluid signal along with supraspinatus tendon critical zone fibers, infraspinatus tendon superior fibers, and subscapularis tendon related to tendinosis
- subacromion - subdeltoid bursa
- acromion type II
