Left shoulder trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
  • glenohumeral joint effusion

  • bony defect of the posterolateral aspect of the humeral head with underlying marrow contusion consistent with Hill Sachs injury

  • detached anterior glenoid labrum as a Bankart lesion

  • acromion type II
