There is an expansile lobulated lytic lesion of the superolateral aspect of the right orbit with a bony defect and intraorbital extension displacing the superior and lateral rectus muscles with grade I proptosis. The lesion shows a homogeneous low-density with no calcification, fatty component or enhancement on postcontrast images.
Case Discussion
CT features suggestive of an intradiploic epidermoid cyst of the superolateral aspect of the orbit.
