Significant thickening / edema involving proximal patellar tendon with surrounding edema extending to Hoffa’s fat pad. Calcification is seen in central fibers with possible partial tears. Mild marrow edema is seen in inferior pole of patella.
Mild edema is seen in posterior suprapatellar fat pad.
Linear hyperintensity is seen in posterior horn medial meniscus with suspicious extension into tibial articular surface (grade 2 signal).
