Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Increased right sided knee pain, with reduced mobility. Multiple past rugby injuries over 25 years. Past medical history of ACL and PCL repair. ?OA

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Severe tricompartmental osteoarthritic change, slightly more pronounced at the lateral tibiofemoral and patellofemoral joints (significant for patients age, suggestive of secondary OA). Innumerable intra-articular loose bodies. Previous ACL repair noted.
