Left trapezius intramuscular lipoma

Well circumscribed parallel hyperechoic mass within the left trapezius muscle, displaying internal incomplete echogenic septae.
No calcification or cystic component.
Case Discussion
Patient presented with back swelling and occasional pain. Intramuscular location of this lipoma was highlighted only on ultrasound as the slipping sign of lipoma was not demonstrated clinically.
The lesion was excised and confirmed on histology as lipoma.
