Meningitis

Evidence of communicating hydrocephalus is seen. Diffuse leptomeningeal enhancement with enhancement of both lateral ventricles' wall (ventriculitis) are seen.
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with viral meningitis. After performing CSF analysis of patient, viral meningitis was the final diagnosis.
The patient gradually recovered with supportive care and after medical treatment, the patient was discharged.
Leptomeningeal enhancement with ventriculitis are radiologic signs of meningitis.
