Painful subcutaneous mass lesion along with the left shoulder posterior aspect.

There is a 15 x 20 x 30 mm abnormal signal (low on T1 and high on T2/PD fs) superficial soft tissue mass lesion with adhesion to the deltoid muscle posterior fibers.
Case Discussion
The lesion was removed and histopathological examinations revealed:
Microscopic: Sections show fragments of skin, underlying subcutaneous fatty tissue, and ill-defined foci of proliferated bland spindle cells in the collagenous background. There is no evidence of malignancy.
Final dignosis: Neurofibroma
