ET tube, NG tube, and central line appropriately positioned with diffuse edema-like pattern.

Right cerebral parenchymal hemorrhage with extension into all 4 ventricles with subfalcine and transtentorial herniation. Extensive subarachnoid hemorhage.

Case Discussion

Neurogenic pulmonary edema is a diagnosis of exclusion: no other cause for edema was found in this young person.
