Transverse fracture line along with patella superior pole with bone bruising adjacent to the fracture line.
Mild joint effusion.
Bone marrow edema/bruise along with medial femoral condyle middle weight-bearing.
Abnormal intrasubstance increased fluid signal along with medial patellofemoral ligament related to MPFL sprain.
Case Discussion
Transverse fracture of the patella superior pole.
