Presentation

Aortocaval fistula (ACF) with possible inflow stenosis.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male
dsa

Mild stenosis of the origin of the right subclavian artery. Otherwise normal angiogram.

The tip is parked within the brachiocephalic trunk. Parts of right subclavian artery are shown below:

  1. brachiocephalic trunk

  2. right common carotid artery

  3. right vertebral artery

  4. thyrocervical trunk

  5. tip of catheter

  6. right axillary artery

  7. right thoracoarcromial artery

  8. right superior thoracic artery

  9. right anterior circumflex humeral artery

  10. right posterior circumflex humeral artery

  11. right brachial artery
