Case Discussion
A 30-year-old male patient was referred to our hospital with the chief complaint of persisting ankle pain following trauma, x-ray was done but inconclusive.
Computed tomography (CT) scans indicated a subchondral bone defect in the talus that occupied almost 30% of the articular surface.
