Displaced fracture of the proximal diaphysis of the humerus. Underlying moth eaten appearance of the medullary bone with a wide zone of transition in keeping with an aggressive bone lesion.
Case Discussion
This is an excellent case to practice one's ability to describe a bone lesion and fracture, either verbally for an exam or in a written report form.
This was a pathology proven renal cell carcinoma metastasis.
