Outpouching from the posterior pharyngeal wall at C5-6 level, with barium pooling, suggestive of pharyngeal pouch / Zenker diverticulum.
Case Discussion
This patient presented with history of reflux disease. Oesophago-gastro-duodenoscopy was unsuccessful after several attempts. Referred to an upper GI study, which revealed posterior pharyngeal pouch also known as a Zenker diverticulum.
