Subcutaneous well-defined oval heterogeneous mass. On color Doppler, flow was mainly peripheral.
Case Discussion
Pilomatricoma is benign skin tumor arising from the hair cortex cells. The head and neck location and female sex are common. Surgical excision and histopathological examination are required to confirm the diagnosis.
