Prominent pineal gland with tiny cystic areas within, showing heterogeneous enhancement on post contrast study. No significant mass effect or hydrocephalus seen.
Case Discussion
Findings suggest the possibility of pineocytoma, although a plump normal pineal gland would look very similar. Whether this can lead to the patient's symptoms or is an incidental finding is a matter of debate.
