There is dilatation and hyperpneumatization of both frontal sinuses without thinning of its bony walls.
Widening subarachnoid spaces in both cerebral hemispheres, prominent folia of superior vermis, likely atrophic changes.
Widening CSF space posterior to cerebellum, with arachnoid folds in it, widening cisterna magna.
Pineal cyst is noted with fluid content exhibits CSF signal.
