There is evidence of pyloric wall thickening. Unilateral wall thickening is measuring 4.5mm. The pyloric canal is elongated and is measuring 19mm. The transverse image demonstrates target sign measuring 14.6mm.
Case Discussion
The imaging findings are consistent with hypertrophic pyloric stenosis.
