A sclerotic line is seen at the head-neck junction of the proximal radius. Thin perpendicular lucent line is seen at the lateral aspect of radial head.
On lateral view, prominent anterior fat pad and visualization of posterior fat pad reflecting mild elbow effusion.
Case Discussion
Fracture of the radial head is demonstrated, considered a Mason type I fracture. Mild elbow effusion is present, confirming the presence of a fracture.
