Selected images through pelvis shows a definable, fat density lesion in the belly of the right rectus femoris muscle which is most likely intra-muscular lipoma.
Slices through scrotum show left-sided hydrocele with scrotolith.
Rest of the visualized organs appear unremarkable.
Case Discussion
Current CT findings are more in favor of fatty lesion in the right rectus femoris muscle with most likely differential of lipoma rather than lipomatous tumor as described.
