Linear undisplaced horizontal fracture line in the medial proximal meta diaphysis region of the right tibia with moderate surrounding marrow edema, likely stress fracture.
Diffuse STIR hyperintensity in the ACL with intact fiber, likely ACL sprain/degeneration.
Case Discussion
Findings are suggestive of stress fracture of proximal tibia. the tibia is the common site of stress fracture.
