Testicular upper pole rupture associated with ipsilateral hematocele. The integrity of the tunica albuginea is lost at the upper pole of the testis.

This is a case of traumatic testicular rupture.

The tunica albuginea is injured at the upper pole of the testicle, resulting in a hematocele.
