Enlarged of the inferior rectus muscles (right > left) with high T2 signal. Right medial recuts muscle is high T2 signal but not enlarged. The remaining intra-ocular muscles do not appear enlarged. Right > left proptosis.
Case Discussion
This patient had a known history of Graves disease. The pattern of inferior rectus enlargement is typical, with the pattern of enlargement following the "I'M SLOW" mnemonic.
