Irregular periods.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Anteverted uterus. Two uterine horns with a septum extending to the cervix. No myometrial lesion. No endometrial thickening.

Case Discussion

Uterus didelphys is a Mullerian duct anomaly and is associated with infertility but appears to be incidental in this patient.
