Multiple small, well defined lesions in uterine body, transmural, appear isointense in T1W and markedly hypointense in T2W images, and show heterogenous enhancement in t1_vibe post contrast.
The largest in uterine fundus, causes splaying the endometrial cavity superiorly.
The right and left ovaries are unremarkable.
