Anterior inferior tibiofibular ligament is intact but high signal. Posterior inferior tibiofibular ligament is intact. Anterior talofibular and calcaneofibular ligament are intact. High signal of the anterior deltoid ligament. Superomedial spring ligament appears thickened.
Dorsal talonavicular ligament is thickened with dorsal navicular bony spurring. Bifurcate ligament is thickened with bony spurring at the anterior calcaneal process suggestive of prior injury.
Superior peroneal retinacular injury with subluxation of peroneal brevis to lie lateral to the lateral malleolus, peroneus longus remains posterior. Mild common peroneal tendon sheath thickening and high signal with small effusion of the peroneus longus tendon sheath. Incidental peroneus quartus. Flexor and extensor tendons are intact.
