A well-defined lytic-expansile mass lesion axial width up to 45 x 25 mm and height up to 40 mm within right side eleventh rib posterolateral arch bone medulla is seen and the mass has enhanced ground glass medulla and irregular inner cortical margin.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the contrast-enhanced MDCT features of the pathology-proved fibrous dysplasia of the rib. Fibrous dysplasia can be superimposed by aneurysmal bone cyst 1.
